Student: How to send a class request (Desktop & Mobile)
Please follow the steps below to book a lesson through the platform. Alternatively, you may go through the Attached Video for better clarity.
Video Guide - How to Send a Class request to Tutor
Login to your Tutopiya account.
Step 1:
Click on the Book lessons tab on the left side of your screen
Step 2:
Find the tutor you want to book a lesson with and click on Book Tutor.
Step 3:
Click on Class Request as shown below.
Step 4:
Click on Add
Step 5:
Add the date and time of your choice. (You can add multiple slots, of which tutor will select one of them)
If the lesson is recurring please tick recurring weekly and add the end lesson date.
Lastly click on Save as shown below.
Step 6:
Click on Request
(You may also mention the lesson topic on the message box)
Kindly note that the request will be accepted if the tutor is available on the requested slots. If not, the request will be declined with the tutor’s reason while offering an alternative slot depending on the tutor’s availability to take the lesson.
