Student: How to reschedule a lesson (Desktop)

By following the steps below, you can send a reschedule request using the Tutopiya web or mobile app. Please note that penalties may apply for late reschedule requests.

Please follow this guide to reschedule a lesson on Tutopiya on Desktop.

Video Guide

Login to your Tutopiya account, and click on My Schedule on the left side of your screen.

Please note that rescheduling lessons with less than 2 hours' advance notice will incur a charge of 50% of the lesson duration.

My Schedule

Step 1:

Click on the lesson that you want to reschedule

Step 2:

Click on Reschedule

Step 3:

Select the Reason for Rescheduling.

And Click on Free Slot

Step 4:

Select one of Tutors Free Slots to Reschedule the lesson And Click on Reschedule

If the available free slots are not suitable, please click on the 'Request Time Slots' tab and send a request for rescheduling. 

 

Note: Once the request is sent, our support team will follow up on the request, and will contact you if there is any Time / Date change requested by the Tutor.
