Student: How to cancel my Lesson (Desktop & Mobile)
You can send a lesson cancellation request using Tutopiya Web or Mobile App by following the steps below. Please note that penalties may apply for late cancellation requests.
Step 1:
Login to your Tutopiya account and click on My Schedule on the left side of your screen.
Step 2:
Click on the lesson that you want to cancel.
Step 3:
Click on Cancel.
Step 4:
Select the reason for cancellation from the drop down as shown below.
Note: Once the request is sent, our support team will follow up on the request and contact you, if there is any concern.
